Seth Lehman, LSW

I am a dedicated mental health professional with a strong foundation in psychology and social work who sees both children and adults. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master of Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I specialize in OCD, anxiety, Panic Disorder, Tourette's, substance use and trauma therapy, currently working at a sober living facility where I support individuals in navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. My clinical approach is grounded in both evidence-based and experiential modalities.

Beyond my professional training, I bring a personal perspective to my practice. Having firsthand experience with OCD, panic disorder, and Tourette’s syndrome, I have undergone extensive treatment and self-work. This allows me to connect deeply with clients, offering both clinical expertise and lived insight.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate mental health challenges, addiction, and trauma. Having faced my own struggles with OCD, panic disorder, and Tourette’s, I offer not just clinical expertise but true empathy. You don’t have to go through this alone—I'm here to help. Reach out & Let’s take the next step together!
